FAQ

Your questions. Clear answers.

Find answers about our services and working together. We are happy to discuss your specific situation in a conversation.

E-Commerce

Can you help if we do not have an online shop yet?

Yes. We first discuss what you want to sell, how your business works and which functions you need. From there, we agree on support with choosing, setting up and configuring an appropriate shop system.

Do you also support existing shops?

Yes. Tell us what already works and where you need help. This might involve configuration, integrating a payment provider or a question about daily operations. Together, we review which tasks we can take on.

Which shop systems do you work with?

We clarify this based on your existing system or requirements. Tell us which shop system and any important extensions you use. We review the technical prerequisites before agreeing to a scope of work.

Can our team manage the shop afterwards?

Team training and a clear handover can form part of the assignment. We agree on the functions and workflows your team needs and explain the relevant settings and steps. Further support can be arranged separately if needed.

AI consulting

We do not have a specific AI use case yet. Is a conversation useful?

Yes. A workflow that takes considerable time or is repeated frequently can be a starting point. We discuss your tasks and assess whether AI could make a useful contribution. Deciding to continue without AI for now can also be an appropriate outcome.

What should we prepare before using AI?

A description of the task, an example of a good result and an overview of the systems involved are helpful. Clarify internally which information may be used. Do not send passwords or confidential customer data at the outset; we discuss necessary access and suitable data within the agreed scope.

Can AI handle tasks entirely without oversight?

There is no general assurance of this. AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable content. We therefore discuss the limits, review criteria and responsible people for each use case. Decisions with important consequences require review by someone with the appropriate expertise.

Working together

How much does consulting cost?

The work involved depends on your starting point and the agreed tasks. After discussing your needs, we agree on the scope and fees with you. A flat price without this information would not be meaningful.

What should we prepare for our first conversation?

Briefly describe your business, your goal and the question you need help with. If you have a shop, include its address and the system you use. A list of the main open questions is enough to start.

Do we need to commission a complete project?

No. You can also contact us with a single question or a clearly defined task. Together, we discuss whether support would be useful and what scope makes sense. Additional tasks are agreed before they become part of the assignment.

Still have a question?

Tell us briefly where you need support. We will discuss whether and how we can help.
